Ziya Bokhari (GM) and 2 other admin members should be charged with section 420 and 201 (seven years jail and fine) |

Doctors Hospital handed over its internal investigation report to Police, report was proved to be tampered. The patient arrival time shows 4:20AM while the first sale receipt of pharmacy shows 4:09AM. The report says a CODE BLUE was called and CPR initiated but the discharge slip is of a normal patient. In report Doctors Hospital called Dr. Sundeep "MO Peads" but later they say he's not their doctor and was working in childrens hospital.
Please note Doctors Hospital did not provide us any document, no discharge slip, no shifting notes, and didn't even take any money from us. |

Doctors Hospital called in all the doctors/staff involved in the incident and took their statements. In spite of knowing the fact that an FIR was filed they let Dr. Sundeep Kumar and others escape. |
